I have tried a lot so I am up for suggestions. I have broken a lot also. You might say I was a Type A redneck. I have dove off most of the cliffs in the mountains. I was air assault in the military, so I repelled out of helicopters. I was into spelunking. I lived on the beach and did some scuba/snorkeling. I just got out of shape on my job and need to get back into it.
