I am now in my mid 60s and have been a closeted crossdresser off and on for about thirty years. I am basically hetero and am not really looking to have sex with other men. But I would be interested in chatting with others about why we have a need or desire to do this and how it has affected our lives. For me I think it has been mostly out of a desire to escape from myself, along with a certain fetishistic excitement and perhaps some feelings of inadequacy as a man.... For some years I became almost totally obsessed with it and it pretty much destroyed my marriage but these days I can take it or leave it alone.
